4-Ingredient Homemade Ice Cream (Hand mixer)

Some recipes are just special and not because they’re fancy but because they  work . This simple 4-ingredient ice cream paid my bills years ago as an undergraduate. I sold it everywhere I could and it never disappointed. Today, I’m sharing the exact same recipe with you. It’s creamy, rich, incredibly easy and the perfect base for any flavor you want to create. Let’s make it! Ingredients • 24g (3 tbsp) powdered full cream milk • ½ cup ice cold water • 100g powdered whipping cream • 100g (⅓ cup) condensed milk Instructions 1. Mix the cold water and powdered milk together until smooth. 2. Pour the powdered whipping cream into a mixing bowl. 3. Add the milk mixture into the bowl. 4. Whip on high speed until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy and forms stiff peaks. 5. Some recipes are born from experiment and this is one of them. This chocolate cake doesn’t need eggs, doesn’t need milk but just simple ingredients and  cold water . Yes! Cold water and somehow, it gives the cake the most surprisingly moist, soft and chocolatey texture. If you ever want a chocolate cake that is easy, budget friendly, beginner friendly and still delicious enough to pass as café quality, this is the one to try. Simple Moist Carrot Cake Recipe (Easy & Delicious)

  This carrot cake is soft, moist and full of warm spice flavor. It’s simple to make and tastes amazing. Perfect for tea time or any special occasion. INGREDIENTS  Dry Ingredients • 160g all-purpose flour • 100g sugar • A pinch of salt • 1 tsp baking soda • 1½ tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp nutmeg Wet Ingredients • 150g eggs (after breaking) • ½ cup oil • ½ tsp flavor (vanilla or mixed spice flavor) • ⅛ cup golden syrup Add-ins • 175g grated carrot (measured after peeling and grating) • Chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)                • Raisins (optional) • Shredded coconut (optional) Instructions 1.
